Thomas J. Henry Representing Family of San Antonio Man Killed by DPS Officer
SAN ANTONIO, TX (December 3, 2015) — Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys is representing the family of Allen Pacheco, a 32-year-old man who was shot and killed during a routine traffic stop along Highway 16 in South Bexar County on Wednesday night. The incident is being investigated by the Texas Rangers.
