Max Richardson is an attorney with Thomas J. Henry Law. Mr. Richardson is dedicated to helping injury victims navigate complex legal matters and is committed to providing thorough, proactive representation on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Richardson earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he gained valuable experience through coursework focused on business law and his volunteer service with the Kansas City Low Income Tax Clinic. He later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law from SMU Dedman School of Law, further expanding his legal knowledge and analytical skills.
Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Richardson worked as a law clerk for two personal injury law firms in Kansas City, Missouri. In these roles, he assisted with drafting demand letters, petitions, discovery responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents while conducting legal research and helping investigate claims involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability matters.
Growing up in a family of attorneys and retired attorneys, Mr. Richardson developed an early appreciation for the legal profession. Exposure to the practice of law throughout his childhood inspired him to pursue a legal career and dedicate himself to helping others through legal advocacy.
Originally from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Mr. Richardson spent his childhood in both Chicago and Dallas and is proud to serve clients throughout Texas. He is known for being determined, coachable, and proactive in his approach to both his work and client service.
Outside of the office, Mr. Richardson enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and working out. Before attending law school, he gained professional sports industry experience through internships with both a minor league baseball organization and Major League Soccer’s Houston Dynamo FC.
